Designed in Creo of high-performance drilling parts with new materials, surface treatment, hydraulic flow path analysis and, GD&T definition with reduction in tooling worn fitting for marine applications;
Studied turbodrill failure modes and effect analysis (FMEA) by testing turbo blade running and failure rate, flow path blockage rate, tooling failure caused by tolerance stacking and, polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) impact and failure rate.
