SOM (State Sales & Operations Manager) – Karnataka, Dec’2016-Nov’2018

Overall responsible for the Smooth Sales & Operations of Retail Network exist in the state.

To drive the retail outlet operations for Karnataka State in order to achieve the sales targets of MS, HSD, Lubes and NFR in strict compliance with all applicable laws, acts, statutes and applicable Orders from the Government in congruence with the principles laid down by the Company.

Analyze and monitor RIL RO sales performance Versus Industry and competitive positioning of RIL Network across the state.

To assess market and achieve market leadership position in the trading area across RIL network with ME=>2.5 for the state.

Ensure correct implementation of Q&Q and HSE processes at all the RO’s.
