• Documentation – Whole process of drafting documents for onboarding of the borrower including Facility Agreement cum Hypothecation, Deed of Guarantee, Term loan Agreement, Declaration, Foreign Currency Term Loan Agreement, Connected Lending, and addendums of the same if any, getting them signed and attested by competent signatory.

• KYC and AML Screening – Periodical review of KYC of the customers as per their risk ratings including verifying due diligence, in accordance with the laws.

• Security creation – End to end process of mortgage creation from assigning TSRs to the advocate, collecting title deeds accordingly and executing Memorandum of Entry, hypothecation of current and movable assets of the entity and executing Deed of guarantee if required and doing CERSAI search.

• Disbursement – After all pre disbursement compliances are completed, providing funds to the customer in accordance with facility sanctioned (Cash Credit, Over Draft, Term Loan, Packing Credit, Non Fund based – Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee etc)

• Monitoring of customers by end use certificates, AOD, and regular compliances as per sanction.

• Disbursement/Ammendment/Invocation of Inland and Foreign Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee

• Discounting the bills of vendors in case of Channel Finance facility

• Initiating, analyzing and updating inspections of unit and property, revaluation, Title Search and Encumbrance certificate of the properties mortagaged with the bank.

• Providing drawing power to the corporates based on their Stock Statements for their daily capital needs.

• Initiating Stock Audit to the vendors and after the report is received, analyzing the report for scrutiny of day-to-day activities of the borrower.

• Analyzing quarterly and half yearly FFR statements for monitoring of the company's working.

• Calculating security value of security based on ABS analysis.

• One of the Team Leads in controlling and monitoring of entire process.

• Handling with internal as well as external stake holders of the organization for smooth flow of the process.

• Initiating and analyzing Supply Chain Finance audit for scrutiny of the same.

• Evaluating Unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure certificates for bank's provisioning.
