Cascade Refrigeration

Environmental Test Chamber Repair and Service

Start up, installation, and relocation of new and used chambers. Preventative Maintenance

Design and controls for new chamber builds and their programing. Repair and upgrade of controllers, including O.E.M. and aftermarket designs. Set up equipment per Test requirement specs.

Some of the tests included:

Environmental Stress Screening

Temperature

Humidity

Vibration

Salt fog

Drop testing.

Altitude testing

Bench handling

Thermal Shock

Placement of accelerometers and thermocouple for the purpose of data acquisition, and documentation. Assist research and development Engineers in setting up test fixtures and the collection of test data. Write test profiles to meet test requirement of the customers standards and requirements, to include, Mil-Spec. 810g, as well and many others.

Secondary duties design and build a 33000 cubic ft. test chamber. To include it controls system and the mechanical design and installation: this system is capable of Thermal, Humidity, Solar testing. 2006-2009
