2019 – 2020

UPCO Group is a startup in the software and in the telecom wholesale businesses combined, with offices in 5 countries (USA, Canada, Italy, Argentina, and Moldova). ~10 people work in the company. Currently is in a fundraising stage for the development of the App and mergers with wholesale telecoms. Acted as a CFO for the company, also certifying the interim FS in Canada.

- Consolidation of FS to be presented to the CSE under IFRS.

- Responsible of the Finance area including accounting. Legal issues referral.

- Due diligences of other telecom targets for the group. Medula Network, LLC (Clarin Group) – CFO and Controller 2012 – 2019

Medula was an online media broker, primarily for Latam newspapers (~40), with operations in 6 countries (USA, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Peru).

- Responsible for the Administration and Finance areas, HHRR and part of the Operations. Legal issues referral. Global manager.

Clarin Group – Corporate planning and control Head (FP&A Manager) 1999-2012

- Active responsibility in the creation and development of the Group’s Holding. Organization of the planning and control area from its beginnings. Co-responsible for the MIS design and the monthly/annual reports for the stockholders and board of directors.

- Head of the teams in charge of the monthly reporting, analysis and control and the annual business plans of the principal units of the Group: i) Newspapers, Printing and Internet (including connectivity and sites) as of 2007 (~50% of revenues and EBITDA of the Group in those years); ii) from 2007 to 2012 in charge of the Cable & Internet, Sports’ Channel and Internet sites and eCommerce (adding up to ~70% of revenues and EBITDA of the Group).
