from June – 2016 as Executive Assistant to MD. Office Located at Juhu.

2) Rubby Hospitality

Role: Personal Assistant to VP, as well as House Manager.

From Sep – 2014 to Feb – 2016.

Responsibilities:

Assisting VP in day to day operations.

Scheduling the appointments /meetings.

Maintaining the address book and card.

General coordination and ensuring smooth functioning of the MD’s office.

Managing filling systems and Updating personal record file of the VP.

Responsible for all administrative related functions.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for Sr Person of the company.

Follow up with business partners present & prospective.

Maintaining MD's travel schedule such ticketing, (Train/ Road/ Air) and accommodation.
