DESCRIPTION:

The Topology which is Used in these Power Modules is Fly back Converter. These Modules can be operated with 230V AC and the Controller module which is used in these converters is UC3843 PWM, UC3842 PWM and the Feedback Module is provided in order to control it. The Power ratings are ranging from 5 Watts to 300 Watts. The Output is electrically isolated and can be in the range of 5V- 60V DC. Current Ratings are ranged from 100 ma - 20 A.

Developed using Power Integrations Integrated switches.

Designed to compliance EMI (CE) requirements per CISPR CLASS 22.

Constant Power Drive concept applied for charging capacitors APPLICATIONS:

• Deals with the Power Supplies required For Lift & Escalator Operation.

• Contains Multiple Applications Such as Battery Chargers, Adaptors, Single, Dual, Multiple Output SMPS etc.

• Support and Maintenance for Already Existing Applications.

• Deals with 3 Phase Power Supply required For Energy Meters. ROLE:

•Output Voltage ratings are ranged from 10.5V - 52.5V DC. The Controller Module which is used in these Drivers is LNK 407, TOP 245, LM358 and the Feedback Module is provided in order to control it. Output Current can be ranged from 70 ma – 2A. Power Ratings can be ranged from 3 Watts to 75 Watts. These Drivers can be operated both in AC and DC. APPLICATIONS
