Responsibility:

Entering Schematics. Net list preparation.

Placement, Routing, Length matching, Gerber generation and other deliverables like, drill files, assembly drawings, stack-up etc.

During placement & routing, taken care to reduce EMI/EMC and DFM/DFT related issues.

Interacting with engineers involved from the customer s side, completing projects on time, giving regular updates to customers and manager, etc are integral parts of my responsibility.

PCB Layout Design, Layer stack selection for Fabrication, DFM/DFT, & Schematic.

Boards Designed:

Expertise in High speed, Analog, Digital, Mixed & RF Designs

In many of these boards, fine pitch SMD, BGA components, special components like relays, switches, etc.

Have been used Layers: up to 52 and Min. trace width and spacing-4 mil.

Knowledge in designing of ATE Boards like DUT boards and probe cards for final testing and package testing of ICs.

Basic knowledge in Flex PCB Design.

Knowledge in Automation projects like cluster boards and Touch sensor board.
