Involved in three focused point kaizen dealing with reducing Finishing defects. The results began downward trends of 50% or more, while productivity was upgraded on off shift quality and production output by implementing time-based management strategies.47% increase. The enormous decrease in finishing defects enabled Culp to save $75,000 dollars a year in rework hours.
