PROJECTS

Successfully initiated BED, Preparation & Approval of Drawings, Procurement, erection and commissioning of two new Siemens make HT panel, L&T PMCC panel for GSFL plant which is about 4 crore worth.

Visited L&T’s manufacturing site at Ahmed Nagar for final inspection and despatch clearance for PMCC panel.

Erected the complete HT & LT panels within the scheduled time to achieve production in time.

Statutory Approval of new addition of Electrical loads with raise in maximum demand for Greenstar fertilizers.

ACHIEVEMENTS IN CAREER

Achieved 4S reward and recognition in Air products with a cash award of one lacs.

Active member of team in achievement of 1,000,000 Safe Operating Man-hours by Kochi Plant without LTI since plant start date in May 2017.

Developed and implemented new standard operating procedures in electrical maintenance system of Air products. Achieved zero downtime of production due to electrical break down.

Headed & Managed three crore worth electrical project in within allocated budget and within scheduled time

Reduced total downtime of all production plant from 20 percentage to 5 percentage

Led my electrical team in driving cost reduction and energy saving initiatives that resulted in 20 lacks savings over 3 years through capital infusion.
