Liaison to federal, state and local government agencies on issues such as education, women and youth

for all sites. Spearheaded and facilitated NAEYC Accreditation for six sites.

Supervision and Administration of UPK programs for DOE in Region 7 and 9. As the Deputy Director, I was responsible for all HR requirements for union and non-union employees as well all government and non- government employee HR requirements. The Director, Human Resources is responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies to support short and long-term strategies for these respective clients groups. This would be key areas around shaping and managing the reputation of the YWCA, managing key external stakeholders, and help managing the external environment (i.e. Health Care Reform, Regulatory Policy, and Crisis Management).
