Text-images are having some relevance because of the rapid use of electronic textual media. With respect to that we discuss here Text-images is exist in digital distribution. This proposes technology gives us the method for watermarking text images. For that aspect discrete cosine transforms and IWT are merged with DCT. With respect to the embedding process we applied IWT & DCT is appending to the low frequency sub-band LL for watermark compaction. For fixing the highest value of robustness and imperceptibility, we put watermarking image to the lower to medium DCT coefficient.
