1. Carried out supervision and performance management of all the designing, fabrication, installation/erection, operation and maintenance works, alongside the Design and Sales Teams. 2. 1. Carried out job evaluation on installation and shut-downs for maintenance to establish the personnel, tools, machines and materials that are needed for various tasks. 2. Carried out job allocation, supervision and coordination with the employees, multiple contractors/sub-contractors and incorporated the information gathered from them into the overall installation and maintenance master schedule.

Supervised various activities on installation and maintenance of Thermal Power Generating Engines, Steam Turbines, Air Compressors, Condensers, Radiators, Heat Exchangers, Modules, Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) and Lube Oil Separators, Pumps, Valves, Overhead Cranes, Exhaust Gas Boilers, Exhaust Gas Stacks and Chimneys, HVAC Systems, Fire Fighting Systems and erection of Steel Structures among other thermal power plant equipment. 4.
