Head Merchandiser of the 2nd Warehouse (2010-2020) While holding the position For 10 years, I was in control of keeping the 2nd warehouse neat and up to date so that staff & vendors can find products. While keeping up to date on sales and inventory, it gave us a better understanding of what product is & isn't selling which increased our sales numbers and Gross profits. In which eliminate unnecessary products that help better organize your inventory.

Head Merchandise /Head Trainer (2009-2020) 11 years, as I taught all the new staff members that would come in how to give great customer service, How to receive the truck, match it with the truck invoice. How to understand inventory so they would know where the product goes, how to stack the shelves and display the floor base off of sales & promotions, inventory. I will teach the employees how to set up the store for success, Making sure the job will get done and the customers are satisfied. I would also teach the merchandiser the best requirements in business. Communication & Adjustments being able to both for your colleagues and the customers.

Head Delivery Driver(2008-2020)/ Trainer (2013-2020) As Head Delivery Driver I was in charge of many customers orders being delivered Locally in the city limit to if the need be the Tri- State area. The duty as Head Deliver was to deliver orders to the customers in a timely manner meeting their deadline. I would not only deliver to residential areas I would also deal with business. Through delivery’s I gain more knowledge of clients and through communications and customer service I gain understanding on their wants and needs which increase my knowledge and help in sales.

AS Head Delivery’s Trainer I taught all the new staff members how to put together orders, How to get in touch with customers before delivering and what steps to take in case you can’t reach the customer. I showed them the best way to complete all their deliveries in an orderly fashion, While consuming time to help if you are needed back in the store. I train them on the code and conduct establishing the difference between commercial and non commercial and the laws that abide in certain areas making sure they follow and know them while reaching every client in time meeting each deadline set for them. charge of business and private ordering for our customers, and also assist with catering.

Head Cashier(2012-2020) As I first started to help the cashier by becoming a part of the cashier team in 2009 working to ring out orders and lookup prices and items. 3 years later was promoted as one of the Head Cashiers after helping and assisting many of the cashiers that have arrived. As one of the Head Cashiers I train the cashier helping them learn the system and Inventory of the store through the registers. I was in charge of Refunds, Exchange, Discount, Price Modification, Customer Dispute, And any need and understanding the cashier sought after. As one the head cashier I did my best to show and teach the cashier to satisfy the customers. Make sure the cashiers were fully aware of the rules, policy and law. Supporting and giving them confidence & advice whenever it was needed.

Sales 2009-2020, As I grew I worked more with the Vendors and Customers Placing orders and Special Requests. While in my time doing sales I would also work with the office to push product base off, Essential,Promotions,Marketing, Time Of The Year and Inventory. I made sure customer’s needs were met & taken care of. Through sales I taught, The employees I trained, How to raise the company Gross Profit while Lowering the Inventory & Satisfying the customers. This aspect Led to my next venture.

Marketing & Advertising Promoting (2010-2020) In 2010 I worked more with Stew Leonard Wines Yonkers in Marketing & Assist to the Advertising Team, I worked with Vendors and Art Department which in this case was the Advertising Department. I was in charge of business and private ordering for our customers, and also assisted with catering.

On product and events and store sales floor . The many tasks I was involved in included. Marketing and Advertising product through Floor spacing, Ads and Signs design, Through picture taken and event hosting with the team. I would Promote the products either new or old on the sale Floor, Through emails, Doing Delivery to customers who don't have internet are not Technology savvy. Even calling customers, In every avenue I take I make sure to establish an understanding with the customers' cause and excellent reason to purchase from this company. Not sure Marketing the product but also Marketing & Promoting the company Quality Through communications and excellent service. In return this builds a relationship and equity with the consumers that increase sales and revenue, Which also leads to a stronger relationship with the Vendors causing better sales placement. I relay this message and information to my coworkers making sure communications & understanding is strong to better the workplace and sales.

Supervisor (2010-2020) As a supervisor I would manage the store floor. Helping to operate whatever need would be from Stocking the Shelves, Cashier, Placing Order, Handling Dispute, Taking in Orders, Answer phone Calls, Helping Customers & Employees with any need they would have. All this will be done while working & being security making sure there weren't any issues. In doing this I wanted to set an example for my staff showing how you should lead by Communication, Working Hard/Smart,Positivity,Creativity,& Having Joy in what you're doing. These traits have built strong relationships which benefit in many ways.

Warehouse/Receiving(2012-2020) I started to help assist in a major warehouse. I was certified and allowed to drive a picker which helped stack the mass products in our warehouse . In this time I would take in most of the small truck deliveries helping set the floor, 2nd warehouse and shelf’s. I would take in the truck checking the invoices and also keeping tasks of inventory. I would help assist the Head management of the Wine warehouse with a big truck and from time to time take in the order myself if no one was available. This process gave me knowledge of all of are products which help me in staging the store floor for higher sales and stronger promotion, Marketing the essential and right products. Organizing the store layout from the shelf’s to the floor displays to the 2nd warehouse. 3
