1.HR Trainee at Fortis Hospital, CG road, Bengaluru.

HR internship at FORTIS HEALTHCARE LTD, Cunningham road, Bengaluru, for a period of one month from 12th March 2021 to 12 April 2021, where I worked alongside HR operations, recruitment, and L and D lead, and assisted them in maintaining and updating employee files,

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

An organizational study had to be made to familiarize ourself with the business operations, and functionality of various departments, based on secondary data. HDFC is into retail and wholesale banking, it consists of a finance, marketing, human resource and foreign exchange department, the HR department in HDFC focus on training its employees both – on the job as well as through training programs conducted by internal and external faculty. The HDFC has consistently believed that broader employee ownership of its equity shares has a positive impact on its performance and employee motivation.
