Global Director Enterprise Procurement and Sourcing Strategy (8/10 to Present)

Promoted to Global Director, reporting to Chief Procurement Officer, with strategic and operational responsibility for indirect portfolios including Claim commodities, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Network, Corporate and Professional Services, Travel, Contingent Labor, BPO, Outsourcing, Fleet/Jet, Insurance, Medical, Pharmacy and Financial Services. Assisted in setting up of risk, insurance and contracts relating to the various Claim business activities to reduce potential for PHI and other related liabilities.

Became the central point person to work with IT in communicating business needs into IT relates programs for home grown applications. Involved in Project management, deliverables and timing of those enhancement requests.

Designed and built a Dispatch Log for management of vendor assignments for certain commodities to track assignment, turn times, rates and effectiveness of contracted vendors.
