Job description: Ammunition Specialists are specialized Soldiers whose primary responsibility is all aspects in the management of ordnance (ammunition and explosives).
• Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing conventional ammunition, guided missiles, large rockets, explosives, and other ammunition and explosive related items; performs maintenance, modification, destruction and demilitarization on ammunition and explosive components.
• Assists in receipt, storage, issue, maintenance, modification, destruction and demilitarization of explosive items. Performs ammunition supply stock control and accounting duties using both automated and manual procedures. Operates MHE to maneuver ammunition.
• Training, usage, and PMCS (maintenance) of 6K and 10K forklifts.

Rental company that specializes in Party/ Event Rentals as well as Equipment Rentals.
• Job duties include scheduling rentals with accuracy in a fast-paced environment, answering phones, filing paperwork, cleaning/disinfecting weekly in all facilities.
• Cleaning and maintenance of rental items, help loading and un-loading customers, and sometimes taking deliveries to customers.
• Specializing in tools I assisted mechanics in looking up and ordering parts for customers as well as for rental items. I would complete the billing for customers and record all parts I have ordered for rentals for usage in the future.
• Accounts Management, Accounts Receivable, Collection’s duties. Process charge account applications, call on past dues and submit collection accounts as necessary. Receivable duties with Purdue University and 3,697 accounts since 1/1/2020.
• Accounts Payable role consisted of submitting receipts of company cards including my own, submitting invoices using program called Receipt Bank/Dext, usage of QuickBooks for reconciling accounts, writing checks or paying with ACH/EFT.
• Accounting duties in assisting the CEO with SBA loan processing, paying on multiple loan accounts, SBA/ EIDL payments online, setting up Midwest Rentals with many other accounts to better the business.
• HR intermediate duties with new and out-processing employees with insurance (Life, 401K, Medical and etc.), new hire paperwork, exiting paperwork, issuing security clearances, uniforms. Managed employee warnings, meetings, doctor’s/ appointment notices, and scheduling. 25 Employed as of 6/12/21.
• Tech assistance (computers, phones, security systems), Microsoft Office Amin, POR admin for software fixing and updates. Credit card processor management/ maintenance.
• I have helped the company with website, Facebook, and other marketing channels to improve the business in general and with Home & Garden. Company paid for Marketing class at Ivy Tech Community College. Facebook page reach raised by 60% in the last year.
• I have also helped set up big events, my main big event is the Home and Garden Show that I have put together with success. Consisted of layout, sales of booth spaces, working with vendors, finding sponsors, profit report, and running the show. Profits made from the show average about $15,000 per year.
• Maintain the company phone plan since 05/2019. I got the approval to switch company to a more cost-effective company which saved the company $14,606.74 recorded in QuickBooks.
• Husqvarna Dealer Rep for Sales, Warranty repair, and COMS/Wells Fargo Financing of inventory on site. Learned skill to work on and run diagnostics on Auto-Mowers.
