My ending postion was Assisant mangager. I insured the team completed tasks during my shifts, counted money, completed food count, placed truck orders for deliveries. Made sure the store was kept to health code cleanliness and food was prepared per food and drink specifications. Made sure Customers received excellent service.

My reason for leaving is because I moved to Missouri.

My ending postion was Floor supervisor. I supervised a team of 12-25 Agents. Assisted the agents with questions to complete calls. Took over calls when needed. Completed QA on recorded calls. Provided my team with updated information and held weekly team meetings and individual coachings through out the week for agents. Rewarded a job well done when needed. Assisted the account managers and Call center managers with detailed presentations needed for the client meeting to improve preformance.

My reason for leaving is because I found a Job closer to where I lived.

My reason for leaving is because this was a new project and they were looking to only keep minorities per the Government contract. I only assisted with getting the project started and training new employees.

Tele Tech October 2020- Current

My current postions is Teir 2 Fraud for Bank of America prepaid cards. I Started this postion working from home. I answer calls and assist with verifiying the Card holder and if they can not pass I open cases and send them to either the bank to verifiy or to the state in which they are receiving benefits from.

Reason I'm looking for another position is because of my schedule and I am always getting yelled at by fraudulent callers. Its not something I enjoy doing everyday. I want to be part of something that makes a difference and not just all negative.
