A senior manager who consistently demonstrated the ability to engage with Al Jaber Group business heads and users to understand and assess their requirements, processes, products, and services. Then, analyzed these provisions and designed, developed, deployed an effective and efficient solution for finances, job costing, logistic, manufacturing and human resources departments for a 34 companies in Al Jaber Group and at point of time we were supporting a 50,000 employees. Some of the solutions, projects, and implementations that I was analyzed, handled and managed are:

Integrated all Business Units and Companies into centralizes GL. Plus, designed and developed UpToDate reporting to the management and Owners using JDE reporting as well as a BI tools QlikView to reflect the daily financial status of the group.

Designed developed and Implemented a fleet management solution for more than 5000 heavy equipments using JDEdward development tools. Plus, migrated data from legacy system and integrated the internal and external equipments hiring into project costing, finance and fixed assets JDE modules. Which drove the management to have a clear picture of their accurate project costing considering equipment utilization

Analyzed HR and Payroll processes and procedures of handling employees’ data, starting from recruiting to payroll processing, and having a single database for all employees in the group, which migrated from niche applications across the group. Moreover, the project migration from legacy to JDE was considering to implement the UAE labor law, without touching the JDE standard setting, which is built on US base labor law. In other words, the project done without any JDE system customization and fulfill UAE labor law standard.

Analyzed the processes of the manufacturing Business units on the group, which has more than 10 factories like aluminum extrusion, fabrication and composite panel, traffic sign, epoxy coating, precision engineering, trailer factory and carpenter and décor. Managed the transform of manual process of items productions into the JDE manufacturing solution and helped reducing the cost of administration, labor, and resources by 30%. Plus, integrated the manufacturing system to inventory control and GL. It was a highly achievement for management, because at a point of time they were able to analysis stock for sale as well resources stock.

Analyzed the workshops job card and mapping the processes to JDE considering an automotive order of spare parts from store. Plus, integrated to fleet management system to schedule preventive maintenance and repair cost resulting ROI saving of more than 25/%.

Manage the major upgrade project of the infrastructures and applications system by; -analyzed what enhancement should be applied to the processes, tools and procedures. -plus, forecast data and manpower growth, then design a robust infrastructure. Migrated the Oracle ERP JDEdwards ver. 8.12 to 9.0 and upgraded Oracle Database to ver.12, migrated the WebSphere to WebLogic server, and migrated the Windows to Linux operating system. The project went live with zero system downtime,
