Maintains and administers document control procedures for assigned projects in accordance with the Company’s e-document management system procedures and standards.
Works closely with the project teams to ensure effective workflow management and timely transmittal of project drawing and document deliverables Prepares, captures and maintains transmittal sheets, document registers and records.
Serves as liaison between disciplines and design teams working on the assigned projects, as well as any 3rd parties involved as necessary, ensuring timely and clear communication regarding all document control matters.
Manages dispatch, receipt, recording, distribution and filing of documents in both electronic and hard copy formats as per Company standards and document control procedures.
Maintains and administers document-control filing, archiving for individual projects.
