COST PRE CONTRACT:

MANAGMENT Review of RFP/Tender Documents including Tender requirements, Specifications, BOQ, Conditions of Contract and preparation of Tender Clarification Letters.

Preparation & submission of Financial & Technical Bids including Qualifications and Assumptions.

Attend Post Tender Clarification meeting, obtain clarity, understand Employer requirements and re-submission of competitive Tender prices.

Sending enquires for Suppliers and Sub Contractors; Maintain and update database of quotations; pricelists and cost libraries

Maintain a register of key assumptions within estimates and pricing

Conducting Site Visits to understand Conditions and Constraints; Preparation of Site Investigation report
