I’m holding a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Le Cnam University. I have a solid experience in Site engineering, in addition to my profound experience in writing site reports and site management.

WORK EXPERIENCE

October 2015 – November 2018: Full-time.

Employer: Eng. Michel Bou Chedid

Position: Site Engineer.

Managing parts of construction projects.

Overseeing building works.

Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.

Supervising contracted staff.

Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.

Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.

Provide technical advice and tackle technical problems on site.

Prepare site reports and fill in other paperwork.

Liaise with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.

Ensure that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

First visit task (to share work steps and schedule with the client and other contractors).

As-built drawings (to make sure that the shared plans are correctly executed).

Supervision tasks (supervising and managing our team of labors while they are installing the PT cables and/or hollowcore slabs and precast beams)

Inspection task (getting sure that all the limit plans/ steel plans are correctly followed and executed, plus giving approval to the client for casting if everything is well executed)

Stressing task (getting sure that all the PT cables are giving the needed elongation by filling the prepared excel file and giving reports to the design engineer)

Injection Task (supervising the injection and getting sure that all our cables are well injected and safe)
