Vetting and management of office visitors. Ensure all visitors are handled well and directed to their respective hosts.
Health Insurance follow-up. Ensure that all employees and their dependents are enrolled on the company insurance.
Follow-up on social security matters CNSS etc.– registration for new employees, follow- up on allocation familial etc.,
Arrange medical check-up for employees returning from leave and for new employees.
