• Performed Metallography on various steel grades to study about the microstructure and the defects present in those grades under metallurgical microscope, which are further used in the process of forging.

• Gained knowledge about how various steel grades undergo cutting and the process of forging to finally form into crankshaft(used to convert linear motion into rotatory motion) and hub( used in automobile braking system).

• Performed tensile testing on camshaft, crankshaft, hub. Industrial Tour to Bharat Forge, ASAL- TATA Enterprise and C4I4 labs in Pune. Projects
