Accomplishments

Organized/implemented four major department relocations (team of 350 employees) with minimal interruptions to call center production. There was negative Client impact.

Initiated cost saving practices saving us an estimated $30,000 per year within the Division for UPS,.

Implemented postage tracking system to eliminate unauthorized postage charges to our BRM account for the Division.

Implemented removal of outdated equipment and building furnishings. Observed Building Management Codes and scheduled various procedural forms of maintenance to be done to the floor throughout. This included cleaning of the carpets, to removal of old wiring, old furniture, outdated equipment and also the break room area.

It is my responsibility to maintain an even flow in the department processes from a management view.
