PROFILE ON MANAGEMENT OF GENERAL (OPERATIONAL) ADMINISTRATION

Office Management - Implementation and control of Admin Policies and Procedures on day to day operation of

any set up or environment. Periodical Admin Budgeting & Cost Control & MIS Monthly statements and Reports - Checking and certification of all Vendors service Bills and admitting for Payments - Handling Petty Cash.

Facility & Project Management – Maintenance of Infra Structures Building, Housekeeping, Security, Diesel Generators, lifts, Air Conditioners, Canteen / Pantry, Cafeteria, Water, Beverages, Transport, Fire Safety & Extinguishers, CCTV, UPS, Access Control System, PA System, Projector, EPABX, Light Fittings, Work Stations, Conference and Board Rooms, Safe Lockers, Environment-Hygiene-Safety Measures, Furniture & Fixtures.

Fixed Assets and Inventories Management – Listing of assets with barcodes updating on software for periodical reconciliation.

Front Office Reception and Security Management – Handling all materials inward and outwards with due registers and gate passes with security checks and validations, handling calls, attending visitors and vendors, endorsing seals and couriers and parcels and most importantly of handling by issuing employees access cards, foreign delegates visits formalities.

Repairs & Maintenance Management – Electronic and Electrical Equipments, office appliances and equipments, and Renewal of AMC with SLAs and Buildings.

Insurance Management – Handling by Covering both movable and immovable assets and properties.

Procurement Management - Procuring monthly Consumables i.e. beverages, housekeeping materials, printing & stationeries, papers, cartridges, identity cards, couriers, maintenance of electrical and plumbing spares & other rentals.

Information Security Management System – Adhering and maintaining to the laid down policies and procedures in terms of environmental security and safety in all terms in conformance to the ISO Certifications including internal and external audits.

Vendor & Commercial Management - Placing Purchase & Work Orders towards capital purchase including inventories, assets, equipments and executing all type of electrical / plumbing / carpentry / civil / painting etc.

Staff Accommodation - Guest House / Hotel Room Stay Booking Management – Reserving rooms in hotels, maintaining guest houses and accommodating staffs in the budget hotels would be handled as per the requirement.

Cab & Transport Management – Arranging for pick up and drop for staff / managers - hotel, airports, late night stay and shifts etc. necessary cab transportation during client visits.

Personnel / Human Resources Management (Generalist) – Coordinating and Assisting on the process of staff attendance, salary, leave, recruitment and selection, bonus, ESI & PF, Grievances and Settlement, Staff Welfare, maintaining of statutory records, liaison with labor dept and govt. authorities and all other works delegated.

Communication Management - Independent handling of external (commercial and business letters and emails) and internal Correspondence (inter office letters, emails, circulars, notices).
