To maintain attendance register of all staff and workers and keep proper records of the attendance of labours as well as deploy them as per requirement from the production department.

Monitor and distributes the work of contract labour.

Maintain discipline for workers and staff.

Maintain time /rest interval of the workers.

To Control internal security of the factory.

Upkeep the floor area in hygiene condition at all times.

Control Officers and workers change room and worker's Canteen.

Inform Administrative General Manager if you find any Grouping or trade Union Activities.

Observe Safety rules and regulation strictly.

Maintain First Aid Room, in case of any accident take proper steps.

You shall arrange supply of tea for the Workers in stipulated time.

Distribution of uniforms amongst staff & Workmen. TIME OFFICE RESPONSIBILITY

• Operating & monitoring attendance with attendance system software.

• Payroll management independently through payroll saftware.

• Correction entries with respect to employee attendance leave & OT. Preparation of absenteeism data for MIS.

• Updating the master data for payroll system.

• Daily Shift manpower planning & attendance management, contract employee deployment.

• Preparation of manpower, OT, Absenteeism, Leave, Irregular, etc. reports for MIS &controlling absenteeism of workers.

• Filter employees by departments or individual employees.

• Weekly, monthly, daily reports

• Reports: Daily Attendance, Employee Summary, Department Summary, Current Status of employee, In/Out Statistics, Latemark, Latemark Summary, Early Out, Manual Entry, Single Entry, Muster roll, Overtime, Pay Report, Salary slip data, Leave balance & register etc.

• Reports can be exported to MS Excel.

• Understands all types of shift patterns e.g.

• Multiple overtime rules for multiple departments.
