Job profile and responsibilities:

Ensure and monitor yard HSE requirements are implemented and following

Prepare and implement HSE related documents

Assist QHSE Manager and report to HSE related issues

Developed HSE culture and encourage the work force to develop safe working practices.

Ensuring that the HSSE Plan and supporting procedures, work instructions, etc. on site are implemented satisfactorily on a day to day basis.

Training to the work force and Inspection of Equipment’s& Vehicles

Permit to Work coordinator and tracking of permits and ensure the compliance of PTW system

Assist advice and enhance ways & means of identifying hazards and controlling risks.

Conducting awareness among workforce on hazards existing like molten metal, flying objects & chemical spillage.

Investigates all accidents/incidents to determine root causes.

Oversee day to day HSSE activities for all project phases and elements of the development of project sites.

Maintain a daily working relationship with project team and subcontractors in relation of their respective compliance with the provisions of the project HSSE management plan and legal requirements.
