Brought in as a learning expert to design and implement a learning strategy for ~3500 employees across 14 stores and 3 states. No prior learning strategy existed for this family-owned $1B organization. Conducted performance analysis and developed vendor contracts. Built contract and implemented LinkedIn Learning obtaining 40+% engagement in the first 30 days. Developed leadership development for emerging leaders to support expansion plans.

• Affordable Care Act Implementation Learning Program Lead – Anthem, Inc. Overall learning program leader of a cross-functional team of ~10 creators and designers and dozens of business subject matter experts that designed and built learning interventions in support of change requirement for implementing the Affordable Care Act for 10000+ users in ~12 Months.

• Transformation Learning Program Lead – AIG

Originally brought in as a learning consultant for a three stage go-live. After two missed on-time learning releases, I was asked to lead the learning integration team. Successfully led a cross-functional, multi- vendor team to deliver the first release on-time and on-budget. Worked with the account partner to grow services contract for second release.

• Project Manager – Chevron

Brought on as a project manager consultant for field deconstruction projects on two oil fields. Led the project creation, project planning, safety and deconstruction with numerous vendors on $30+MM projects during 36 months with zero OSHA recordable incidents and completing all projects on-time and on-budget.

• National Field Trainer – American Family Insurance Company Provided sales training and technical training on product knowledge, systems, and soft skill development for new and existing agents and sales support. Licensed in life, health, business, casualty, and property. Created national training curriculum for sales support that was implemented in ~10 months.

• Independent Consultant – Accenture and i2iWorkforce Provided consulting on learning projects for Accenture on international internal stakeholders to improve performance outcomes with Accenture Analytics and Accenture Contracting. Created and facilitated on- boarding training for two start-up companies through i2iWorkforce.

• Adjunct Professor – Rasmussen University, George Fox University, and University of Phoenix Provide curriculum development, instruction, and facilitation in both classroom and online learning for topics in human resources, leadership, business ethics, critical thinking, training and development, management, project management, and communications. Co-wrote human resource curriculum for a new master’s program that was approved and awarded state and regional accreditation in its first year.
