Program Director
Monitor the program’s effectiveness to ensure that program is achieving its goals relative to tenants maintaining permanent housing, securing employment and establishing family stability.
Ensure program compliance in accordance with government contractual obligations and HousingPlus (HP) operational standards of operation.
Ensure that client charts are “audit ready” and maintained in compliance with funder requirements and HP standards for Uniform Client Charts.
Manage the program’s multi-disciplinary team, which includes Case Managers, Employment Specialists, Trauma Therapist and volunteers.
Ensure the team develops an integrated service plan for each tenant that addresses each of the primary goals of the program and that each component supports and facilitates the tenants’ progress.
Design program and activities schedule for residents, including House/Community Meetings.
Conduct regular team meetings and hold case conferences as required.
Participate in the overall security and maintenance of the program, assuring a safe and healthy environment, according to HP and other regulatory guidelines.
Co-authorize purchase orders to ensure that all expenditures comply with HP procurement policies and procedures.
Assist with filling staff vacancies in accordance with HP’s personnel policies and procedures, as needed.
Coordinate staff orientation and provide coaching and training, including implementation of in-service training to staff, as needed.
Ensure that all staff receives timely and quality performance evaluations in accordance with HP’s personnel policies and procedures.
Actively participate in HP’s Quality Assurance and Improvement process by attending Continuum of Care meetings and serving on one or more subcommittees, task forces or other special assignment.
Work with Contracts Manager to complete quality and timely reports as mandated by HP and regulatory agents and ensure that staff complies with their respective reporting requirements.
Assist VP of Tenant Services and Contracts Manager with completion of contractual APRs as required.
Represent the agency at meetings, conferences and public hearings to gain and share information relevant to the program’s operation.
Ensure occupancy rates of 90% or above in all programs.
