ROLE:

● Coordination and meetings with various consultants on design requirements, checking drawings to avoid clashes etc.

● Visit the project site at the time of production and cast on site at various levels, To check if there are any clashes in the production on site, if the construction is followed according to the GFC’s. Site visits to understand other consultants requirements or if any further changes by clients on spot .

● Meeting Vendors and collecting necessary and adequate information on variety of materials and construction procedure and other technical methodology by the consultants required for the design and for the project at various stages.

● Coordination with Interior design consultants to understand the design elements to execute on site.

● Coordination with MEP and HVAC to avoid clashes in terms of design elements and model elements.

● On site supervising, coordinating with work force to achieve the work done on time.

● Taking measurements of various elements of work done and auditing the same to prepare JMR (Joint Measurement Record)

Title – Sustainable groundwater recharge in HKBK campus. Description: : Recharge of ground water table is a gradual process, we can not suddenly increase the ground water table after constructing recharge structures, by constructing any type of recharge structure, and we can give our contribution in aquifer recharge. This will help to rejuvenate the depleting ground water resources .also help to save the title amount of rain water which used to drain away from many years.
