Fuel Tank Leak Test Fixture

Description:

The main intent of the project is to reduce the size of fuel tank up to 200mm from existing product.

The fixture plate lift the job from the fuel tank using piston rod from upward and downward movement.

This will reduce the manufacturing cost and space from the existing fixture. Customer: Valeo

Roller Belt Conveyor

Description:

The objective of the project is to design existing conveyor for Customer Requirements.

The Size of the roller will be altered according to the job. 25 numbers of rollers will be added in new one.

Chain sprocket is connecting to the motor to run the conveyor. Customer: Modine thermal systems

Air Duct System

Description:

The objective of the project is to isolate the vibration and gives the flexible movement to the air duct system using Convolutes (or) Bellows.

In earlier air duct system has a rigid body type and doesn’t restrict the movement.

The first member air filter box has groove disposed and the second member convolutes has flange at first end. The flange and groove has positioned and tightened using the attachment system.

Reversible Bracket For Vehicle B-Pillar Trim

Description:

The objective of the project is to give aesthetic appeal to the interiors using Class A surface.

To integrate the different trim packages using Reversible Bracket in B-pillar trims.

In previous, there is no reversible bracket in B- pillar trim. It is difficult to change the different trim packages in B-pillar trim.

Flexing Radar Bracket In Bumper

Description:

The main intent of the project is when the exterior of the bumper skin is being in collision with the external force, the flexible radar bracket is to flex the device from first position to second position towards the body of the vehicle.

In earlier, there is no flexible mechanism are allowed to safe the radar device from collision. It leads to damage the radar device and it is irreparable.

To overcome from this issue the flexible radar bracket mechanism has been mounted behind the bumper skin of the vehicle body.

Designed and Fabricated a Stand Alone Cleaning Carburetor, which when commercially produced turns the servicing and maintenance of a two- wheeler to a whole new level.

Designed and Fabricated a Toggling Rocker Switch using Micro actuator through Bluetooth. It is an external setup to switch ON/OFF the switch using micro actuator, which when commercially produced for home and industrial purposes.
