Handle incoming calls & Emails professionally and efficiently

Maintaining more than 100 Resident Engineers and Field Engineers attendance on daily basis and sending the report to respective department on monthly basis

Call report collecting from engineer and filing the report as customer wise

Call follow-up till closure

Create tickets for all issues as reported and escalate as required

Maintaining Bio-Metric for In House Engineers

Scanning and sending the relevant document to the respective branch through mail and will courier the same

Maintaining customer database in excel.

Updating and Adding Customers on Portal

Update Call Reports to Immediate Manager
