Project : Residential building G+17

Role : Site Engineer

Client : Akshaya private limited, Chennai.

Project Description

Residential building G+17 contains 3 towers B1, B2 & B3. Each tower having 315 flats. Project is initiated on March 2018 and estimated to completed on June 2021.Akshaya private limited acts as a major client role for this project. 20+ technical engineers and 450 non-technical staffs & labors were working behind this project. Agreement for this project completion is about 3 years. Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor performance of contractor/sub-contractor and identify, raise any quality/workmanship.

Perform internal Audits and site surveillance audits.

Assist RE in all respect of quality related issues.

Liaise with the contractor QA/QC Manager/Engineer for day to day quality issues.

Ensure the contractor has a current internal Audits plan/schedule.

Conduct training for the discipline staff.

Support other quality personnel in monitoring contractors work execution during the construction phase.

Support other quality personnel (coordinator& Inspector) is monitoring contractors work execution during the construction phase.

Maintenance and monitoring of all quality control activities.

Provide support and assistance to senior management and project personnel to project quality objectives in timely manner.

Provide regular written reports and support to the QA/QC manager.

Assist and support contractor administration, quality control and the development/improvement of quality assurance policies and procedures.

Provide QMS performance data as requested by the project manager for reporting purposes.

Quantity surveying for all items like concrete, steel (BBS), Plastering & waterproof work.

Works within a team develop project initiation documents and project approval documents.

Preparations of client RA bills checklist, labor bills in M-book format.

Effective utilization of manpower and tools with proper planning

Executed block works, plastering inner and outer, tiles work, scaffolding work & painting works based on the specifications and site conditions.

Coordinating with construction engineers project management team and project inspection of each activity of client approval.

Check the material inspection for all civil material delivered at the site

Execution work is Not proper in work at site quality team issuing the NCR (Non-conformance report)
