Duties and Responsibilities

Data collection, Verification and Validation.

• Making correction of errors and double-checking of enquired data on the relevant electronic

beneficiary’s database within 1 week of reporting.

• Compile Data Verification Report of the electronic beneficiary’s database, every monthly.

• Ensure that all data are captured according to the standard operating procedures.

• Act as first responder to questions from data and Resolve data quality issues as they arise.

• Responding to data requests, collating quarterly returns and submitting monitoring forms, identify gaps in

knowledge around monitoring.

• Delivering training and provide ongoing support to service points and non-profit organisation in various

locations to ensure accurate record keeping and prompt reporting.

• Ensure that data is transmitted to relevant manager within the set timeframes;;

• Complete monthly reporting templates and timely submission thereof; Support service points and NPOs

address emerging data management issues.

• Identifying and consolidating duplicate beneficiaries’ files, both electronic and paper files.

• Ensure data corrections and/or obtaining of missing data in individual beneficiary’s files, both electronic and

paper files.

• Assist with data cleaning whenever required.

• Collaborate with Data staff in compiling clinic and Social Worker reports (e.g. Court Case reports, on

SRHC, SBCC, Care, ART, TEIR.NET.)

• Performing tasks accurately, completely and effectively in line with management expectations and

department performance standards.

Administration.

• Filling travel request and travel claims.

• Travel booking, car booking and hotels bookings.

• Making of appoints at Services and NPOs for data quarter collections.

• Operational administrative duties; faxing, printing, binding and photocopying of documents.
