Responsibilities –

Power On of Yokogawa DCS and installed software yokogawa dcs Centum VP

Assignment of Io’s as per requirement at site (Yokogawa centum VP DCS).

Operated all the Motor, control valve, Breaker with the use of logic of yokogawa dcs

Modifications of logic and graphics as per requirement at site (Yokogawa centum VP DCS)

Modbus and field foundation communication, OPC Communication, UGS communication, ad data concentrator with dcs

Erection of Engineering/operator consoles, D.C.S. System, I/O cabinets as per Panel GA & Equipment layout drawings.

Understanding and implementation of P& I diagrams, hook-ups drawing, instrument loop diagram, instrument mounting details, plan elevation drawing, location drawing, installation drawing, piping arrangement drawing, isometric drawing and wiring details etc.

Commissioning of transmitters, gauges & switches (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temp., Ph/Conductivity), thermocouples, RTDs, Pneumatic actuators, impulse lines, gauges (Pressure, Level, Temp.) load cell as per Hook up drawings & P&I Diagrams.

Commissioning of steam and water analyzer system (ph, conductivity, chloride,silica,sodium, hydrazine) and O2 analyzer

Commissioning of control valve mov (rotark, auma)

Carry out loop testing work after completion of cable termination work.

Responsible for preparation of instrument loop package, documentation of loop tested and packages and updating of instrument database and maintaining up to date documentation, preparation and submitting of as-built drawings.

Ensures that the works being taken is in good engineering practice and conforms to Design Standards, material specifications, project requirements, and scope of works.

Inspection for the Installation of Field Mounted Instruments, Junction Boxes, Local Panels, Pneumatic Leak Test of Air Line Tubing/ Impulse line tubing.

Communicating and forwarding the data of weekly progress and daily progress to the client. Attending the construction meeting and planning for further assignments in hand, coordinating with planning department and contractors to achieve the job done on expected time.
