Performing Electronic Funds Transfer, cross-region, of the statements deposited in the banks

& analyzing the balance of the funds deposited along with the remits received from the transactions.

Solving customer & sales rep queries by solving the tickets generated in Q.

Allocating unapplied credit from the driver’s payment to other invoices or POA (payment on a/c)

Solving customer & sales rep queries through inbound calls.

As a SME I do attend weekly process calls, attend meetings.

Create process maps for the team to ensure the SLA’s to be green.

Successfully used Automation Tools (BOT) in the process single handedly. Automation Process

Implemented cash application process automation using Automation Anywhere Tool.
