Work Experience.

Presently working in Eros Hotel Nehru place south Delhi. As a steward in Food and Beverage service from 14th Jan 2019 to till date.

Responsibility:- I am working in room service place the guest order carefully in guest room. Collect the correct amount of the food belling from the guest after placed the order cash,card or UPI mode of payment.

Taking feedback from the guest about his stay and food as well also asking to the guest when finish his/her food coming for the food tray or trolly clearance from the room. Also maintain clearance sheet and also maintain tip register as well Also maintain personal hygiene and area should be clean every time and all the items placed on proper place. Sometimes if captain is not available in the outlet so I m able to take order from the guest and also placed the order in micros and print the guest bill after checking guest is on MAP plan CP either EP plan is there any discounts on food or not .

I have a good knowledge about how to handle micros and all the settlements of guest billing also known all the payments method. Also known how to doing opening to closing of the outlet. I m in-charge of pastry shop in my current hotel. In-charge of all the linen and crockery cutlery also taking care of glass ware breakage.

Previously working with Crowne Plaza Okhla Today New Delhi Hotel. As a steward in Food and Beverage service from 18th June 2018, 11th December 2018. I have done my job training from 12th march 2018 to 14th June 2018 Crowne plaza Okhla today New Delhi.

Responsibility:- I m working in a multi cuisine Restaurant ‘Edesia’ Greetings to the guest as per the timing of the day. Allocate the table to the guest offering the water weather guest prefer mineral water or water bottle as per the convenience of the guest. Offering the food menu in front of “host” taking food order and again repeat the order in front of guest then placed the order in micros and also inform to the chef about the food preparation guest want spicy of non spicy etc.

Placed the order on guest table while guest enjoy his/her meal taking feedback about the food and also asking guest want something or not. When the guest finish his/her meal clear the table from the left hand side and present the bill in front of the host. Cleared the bill hand over to the captain then wipe the table with wiping sheet and set the table for the next coming guest. I m in-charge over there. For all the restaurants general and food store also set all the buffet and buffet tag’s. And also in-charge of all kind of maintenance of table and chair of the restaurant and change all the soiled linens bring the fresh one.
