Lead clinician in a residential unit for males between the ages of 8 - 14. Responsible for therapy, leading the treatment team, supervision of sta, programming for the unit and therapy for individual, group and family. Developed and supervised a sensory program within the unit. Responsible for data collection, reporting to Psychiatrist, treatment plan development, clinical assessments and supervision of Masters Level clinicians.
