Direct interface with Architects, HVAC / Electrical Engineers, and equipment vendors to develop full construction documents. Work included the preparation of construction schedules, tracking budgets, change order reviews / approvals, and project closeouts. Project implementation following Front End Loading guidelines to achieve construction grade estimates.

Completed the installation of a new HVAC Roof Top Unit and Fume Hood Exhaust Control System for the main laboratory at the Acrylics Production Plant. This installation involved the installation of a durable HVAC system within the plant’s corrosive environment. Coordinated the installation of explosion proof HVAC equipment at a Motor Control Center and a Gas Analyzer Compact Building. EPC activities for the re-fabrication of heat exchangers at the Acrylic Acid Plant, the 2-Ehylhexyl Acrylate Plant. Full interface with the plant’s process engineers and the pressure vessel group under very tight turnaround schedules. Developed relationships with vessel fabricators to facilitate fast turnaround installations.

Infrastructure Upgrades for the Wastewater Treatment Plant to include aeration basins, platforms, aerator mixers, MCC room, and pumps.
