Responsibilities:
I investigate and carry out corrective actions related to safety and environmental issues.
I managed the HSE team in the investigation of HSE related incidents, facilitate investigations of all accidents and develop remedial actions to reduced HSE risk.
I developed a Walk way segregation Safety Plan to ensure a safe work environment for the employees, contractors, visitors and community
I rendered constructive assistance supervisors, foreman and safety advisors in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary.
