Internal & External QA/QC Accepted items are stores in Proper Labeling, make Item code & Location for Stocking.

Taking all precautions to ensure the preservation. Fast Moving Items are store in free access area, (FIS) Method.

Requisitions of Fabrication/Construction / Erection according to Issue MPT/ SRS priorities material availability.

Arranges gate pass, Ensure Dispatch Note & Travel Delivery Note and Vehicle Coordinate transfer of materials.

Maintaining Inventory Control, Asset, Tools & Consumables, Equipment Calibration, Set Reorder Level & Bin Card.

Audit the Store’s Inventory regular basis (ABC Method), Support Internal / External QMS & HSE Audit.

Prepare Rental invoice for Area / Equipment usage to Supplier and indicate to regular basic for payment.

Controlled outsource Calibration Equipment calibration and Rigging TPI & Maintain certificate, MTC and MSDS.

Reconciliation of Returned Material or Dispose, Coordinate to Management Material Scrap Deposable.

Coordinate with HR for workforce training & Development for Manpower mobilization & Evaluation.

Prepare mailing & Controlled Central Stores- File, Manpower, Equipment, Timesheet, Safety and Housekeeping. Projects: (EPC & Construction at Site )

Commencement of project, Coordinate with Project team Collecting Bill of material (BOQ) Data.

Ensure Material PR & PO Status. Prepare Yard & Warehouse Layout for Proper material Storage.

Plan and organize Work permit, Manpower, Equipment & Rigging Crew based on volume of work.

MRIR Team Accepted items in Stores; Rejected items Prepare OSD & Reserve in Quarantined area.

On receipt of PO/Client Supplied/ Fabrication item in Site, Proper Storage and take preservation Action.

Audit the Store’s Inventory regular basis (ABC Method), Issue MPT/ SRS priorities material availability.

Attend Meeting & Update in Oracle Computerized system and controlled all Data in Systematic function.

Monthly Submit Stock report & once project Completed prepare Material Reconciliation report.

Maintenance: -(Mechanical & Electrical at Site)

Review the Maintenance Contract Documents and prepare PR, Follow up PO and Delivery status.

Collection of Supplier Tools Catalogue and Submit to Client get approval and forwarded to Purchase.

On Receipt of Tools & Consumables to Prepare Proper Documents, take action for Inspection & Delivery at Site.
