Will be responsible for complete Debugging and testing of load cell boards.
Will be responsible for Diagnosing & solving the problems in the load cell boards course of manufacturing.
Taking Preventive Action by finding the root cause of a problem.
Complete testing is done after the debugging and make sure the repair quality is good.
Diagnosing the PCB completely to sort out the issues and resolve it.
Components soldering are verified with the Standards and make sure the rework quality.
Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5s, Kaizen.
Responsible for the training activities to the new joiner.
Debugging notes are updated and reports are shared ACHIEVEMENTS & EXTRA CURICULAR ACTIVITIES

• Debug the quality issue and rework the material. Team management:
• Playing a key role in motivating team members.
• Planning and Managing team’s daily activity.
• Monitoring productivity of the Team and Quality Assessment by sample checking.
