All types of maintenance, condition monitoring, testing and troubleshooting of HT and LT motors including Slip Ring and Squirrel cage induction motors. All types of maintenance, condition monitoring, testing and troubleshooting of various ratings of power, distribution, lighting and control transformers. All types of maintenance, condition monitoring, testing and troubleshooting various ratings of vacuum circuit breakers, air circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers, Switch fuse units, etc. Condition Monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of power control centers (PCC) & Motor Control Centers (MCC), HT switchboards, power distribution boards, lighting panels, UPS and Battery chargers, battery banks etc.

Procurement activities includes, engineering basis, creation of material requisition, purchase requisition, material ordering, inspection and material handling. Project manpower scheduling, job distribution, arrangement of construction power supply etc, Measurement activities, checking the invoices for various service contracts of various electrical vendors.

Arrangement of safety tool box trainings, Job hazard analysis, permits for the various jobs under project site.

Identifying the punch points, unsafe conditions, near misses in project sites and completion of the required job within stipulated time.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Successful completion of major turn-around in May-2018 at Haldia petrochemical limited which includes major overhauling, replacement of obsolete equipment, shutdown maintenance activities, scheduling of huge external manpower’s, trainings etc within a period of 45 days. Successful commissioning of new Butene-1 and THU plant in March, 2019 at Haldia which includes all electrical designs, layouts, material requisition and procurement, installation, pre-commissioning activities, manpower scheduling, work orders, construction management etc. Connection of second trip coil in the HT Breakers’ to avoid failure of the breaker Energy saving Master switches in all the load centers to save energy up to 120 units per day Recipient of letter of appreciation from the orient cement Limited for successfully implementing the timer based system for magnetic separators to save power and money.
