Duty Resposibilities:

Preparing HSE Plan, Emergency Plan, Risk Assessments, safety awareness training programs and technical reports etc as per ADNOC Control procedures.

Reviewing and approving Sub contractor’s safety documents as per the ADNOC – COP & CP requirements.

Accountable for accident & Investigate and determine the cause of accidents with the line management and give necessary suggestions to prevent reoccurrences as per ADNOC – CP27.

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly statistic reports to monitor the compliances, developing contractor safety management guidelines and number of safety motivation / training programs for implement safety culture within organization

Carrying out daily walkthrough & in-depth site safety inspection to ensure safety precautions are in place and to identify the areas of improvement.

Conducts safety Inspections/assessments of project activities to monitor compliance with applicable safety and health requirements including contractual commitments, permits and the projects HSE Plan.

Ensure incident reporting & investigation is carried out effectively and immediately to determine root cause and provide recommendations/directions aimed at preventing re-occurrence.

Responsible for the development of SIMOPs procedures and review, To develop and implement S-M-A-R-T Objectives and targets.

Assist the Construction Manager & Site Engineers in the development of safety procedures for high-risk activities and assist in briefing of the workforce on their responsibilities under these procedures.

Audit the registers and permit systems maintained for lifting equipment, Lifting accessories, excavations, confined spaces, hot works, Lock-out/Tag-out, etc.

Periodical inspections on all company facilities, vehicles, equipments residential camps, catering,Industrial Workshop and all work activities to review performances and render corrective actions as per the requirement of HSE Plan.

Develop and implement the strong ‘Emergency Management system’, Specific ERP for the different site locations.

Maintain up-to-date listings of applicable Legal and other International HSE Standards and Regulations also Communicate to all applicable areas also implementation in business.

Develop appropriate HSE training programs and awareness programs which is associated with business and implementation.

Act as the ISO9001: 2008, ISO14001: 2004 & OHSAS 18001: 2007 Systems Coordinator.

Coordinate HSE documentation system in line with Companies Integrated Management System (IMS).
