Finance & Accounts

Supervising the preparation and maintenance of statutory Books of Accounts viz, Journal, Ledger, Cash Book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.

Presenting true financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account, Balance Sheet and annual reports.

Preparing creditors/ debtor’s reconciliation statements and Debtors Statement on fortnightly basis with age-wise analysis of Debtors Statements

Finalizing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct and indirect tax returns in compliance with Income Tax, Sales Tax Act, VAT, Entry Tax, Service Tax, Excise records.

Dealing with Government Authorities E.S.I, P.F and Inspector of factories, maintenance of records as per Government requirements.

Preparing MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz, Sales, Cost of goods sold, Account Receivables, payables, and Inventories on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
