Primary responsibilities

Set departmental KPI / KBO and drive for results.

Special arrangement as per the DCT (AUH U.A.E.)- to handle internal and external customers- from OLD NORMAL to NEW NORMAL (COVID-19 self-assessment).

Deficiently/problem solving. Diplomatically handling guest complains.

Liaise regularly with staff and internal department.

Assist and train new staff with SOP awareness.

Preparation of daily reports, weekly, monthly and CAPX reports etc.

Updating guest profile, where needed in OPERA.

Monitor cleanliness/schedule of the guest room areas, public areas (including outlets) conference rooms, lobbies, back of the house, executive officers, staff lockers and rest rooms etc.

Ensures that all company standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all the times whilst meeting the needs of business with company standard, (Company Mission & ---Vision/Brand Standard)

To supervise and influence the respective staff to provide safe hotel, excellent standards of Housekeeping service to all hotel guest and assist the Hotel General Manager in the entire operation of the company.

Inventories and maintain equipment/ par stocks such of linen, chemical and guest amenities etc.

Controlling expenditures of the department. (P & L report)
