Managed manpower more than 850 employees of the unit which is largest fertilizer producer in the Asia i.e.
INDIAN FARMERS FERTILISER COOPERATIVE LIMITED – KALOL UNIT -IFFCO plant- As a Sectional Head dealing with the recruitment to retirement of the employees and well maintained with their various records i.e. recruitment, Appointment, Joining, Appraisal, Training Analysis of the employees, Promotions, Pay Scales and all other fringe benefits, medical, LTC, TA/DA and final settlement., etc.
Being a DY.MANAGER (PERSONNEL) of IFFCO Kalol Unit, I had managed different different different sections of the P&A (HR) i.e. Time Office, Pay Roll, Transport, Estate/Township, Guest House and General Administration of the Plant/Factory with worked experience..
Also managed Township where more than 300 families of the Plant’s employees are resides and maintained their day to day complaints and requirement with solved their problems. I had also Looked for Horticulture section which involved gardening of the Township and Plant with new development, irrigation and maintain the Township/Plants’s all gardens i.e. huge cutting, cleaning, new plantation,sprinlikng pesticides on the plants and lawns as per the schedules. IFFCO got the ISO 14000 for the Township and best horticulture/gardening awards from the State Govt. in my venture with IFFCO.

Joined Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Limited Typist-Cum_Clerk since 21st January, 1975 and worked in
the Transportation department where the product of the company were dispatched through Rail/Road all over India.
