I started with the Covid vaccine call center from the ground floor. The 2nd week being an agent for the call center, I was asked to be a Team Lead. Which I gladly took. I felt that I could help the new agents coming in as we started in the 1st phase. We had to search and ask management for the answers. I felt that I had a strong ability to help others. I am still working in this position. I am on the Am shift 7-4:30. I help answer the agents questions, keep up with the information that comes in daily or off Prisma website and forward over to the agents. I have a very strong rapport. I take care of the Break schedule and Lunch Schedule for the agents. I also do training for agents when they don't understand a method we use or just need help in EPIC. Have to keep up with all news that comes in with the vaccine and appointments. I do jump on the calls when we are buried with in bound calls. Keep the agent morals up when it has been a stressful day. I make sure that everyone has their timecards over at the weekend.Work as a team to keep the agents on task for the day. Check attendance to make sure we have no one missing and if we do I reach out to the supervisor to see if they have called in or just a mistake on the schedule. I do answer private messages from the agents when they need help. Check CDC site for any updates and inform everyone of any changes. When new agents come on I reach out to them to make sure they have all the information that is needed to start. I help them get logged in and up and running.
