Responsible for documenting and measuring operational processes, extracting, and analyzing process data to develop strategies that drive value added improvements across the organization.

Planned and implemented a classic process improvement effort for the Notice of Loss process utilizing kaizen sessions with a DMAIC framework, resulting in the elimination of 28 process steps with an overall effort reduction of 33%. Received glowing words from the Notice of Loss team.

Planned and led effort within Insurance Operations to optimize the relationship between the real demands upon resources and capacity utilization. Scope of analysis was across 7 departments, 62 processes, 1000 tasks, and 25 Subject matter experts.
